It is the moodiest piece in the Toxikiing line, and the one most often bought by people who have strong opinions about how a certain story ended.
The design
Founding-titan-flavoured linework merged with Yin’s chained-fighter styling into a dark, high-contrast chest composition. There is very little colour in it; the whole design works on the difference between black fabric and blacker ink.
That is a harder effect than it sounds. Dark artwork on dark fleece only works if the ink is dense enough to sit at a genuinely different value from the blank — thin ink on black fleece disappears entirely under indoor light. Printed at high density on 300 GSM, the deep blacks stay deep and the linework stays visible without resorting to a bright outline.
Who it’s for and how to wear it
For Attack on Titan fans with finale opinions, Yin mains, and anyone who wants a winter piece that looks intimidating in the best possible way.
Full black is the obvious way to wear it and the right one. Over a plain tee, with dark cargos or straight denim and heavy footwear. It is also the piece in our range that looks least like merchandise from a distance, which is part of why it sells.
Fabric and build quality
The unglamorous part is where the money goes: fabric pre-shrunk so the fit you order is the fit you keep, a bio-wash so it is soft immediately rather than after a month, and double stitching through the three seams that give out first. Fit and sizing
Take your usual size; the fit is oversized before you make any decision. There is no flat measurement chart for this hoodie yet and we are not going to substitute the tee figures, because a 300 GSM hooded piece is cut to different proportions entirely. Printing, care and how long it lasts
Care is three rules: cold, inside out, no dryer. That is genuinely most of it. Bleach and fabric softener both shorten a print’s life, and an iron pressed directly onto artwork will finish it in one pass. The print itself is high-density and bonded into the cotton. It is cut oversized and boxy, so your usual size gives the intended relaxed drape. Size up only if you want noticeably more length. We have not published flat measurements for this hoodie yet — message us on WhatsApp and we will measure it for you.
Will the dark print show lint from the fleece?
Brushed fleece attracts lint more than flat jersey, and a dark print shows it. Wash it inside out and away from towels, and keep a lint roller around — it is a maintenance detail rather than a defect.
How does the price compare to the t-shirts?

Does dark artwork on black fleece actually show?
Yes, because the ink is laid down dense enough to sit at a different value from the fabric. Thin printing is what makes dark-on-dark vanish under indoor lighting; that is the failure this print is built to avoid.

How warm is a 300 GSM hoodie?
