What you gain by buying a stock design
A stock design has already been drawn, colour-corrected and proof-printed on a real garment, so your order depends on no file from you.
- It is cheaper. The catalogue runs ₹699 to ₹1,299, and stock sits at the lower end: the artwork cost is spread across a run.
- It ships sooner. It is packed and handed to the courier — no proofing step, no file to fix.
- You can exchange the size. Stock carries a 7-day size exchange, so an oversized cut that reads bigger than expected is not a dead end.
- The result is predictable. The photo on the product page is that print, on that fabric.

What only custom printing can do

What makes a file print well
Custom orders that go wrong usually go wrong at the file, not the press — a print cannot add detail that was never in the image.
Resolution
A chest print is often ten inches or more across, and needs roughly 300 pixels per printed inch to stay crisp — about 3000 px wide. A 600 px file blown up that far prints soft and jagged, even though it looked fine on your phone.
Background
Send a PNG with a transparent background whenever the design is not a full rectangle. A JPG has no transparency, so a white logo box prints as a visible white square on a black tee. A PDF or vector export scales without losing an edge.
Why an Instagram screenshot fails
A screenshot is captured at your screen’s size, not the artwork’s — usually under 1200 px wide. The app compressed the image once, the screenshot again, so hard edges come out ringed with artefacts. Ask the creator for the source file, and send only work you may legally print.

Usually not well: it is limited to your screen’s resolution, compressed twice over, and often carries app interface with it, so it prints soft. Ask whoever made the image for the original export and send that to toxikiingtees@gmail.com — we will check it before you pay.
Can I order matching shirts with a different name on each?
