What to upload
Send the highest resolution file you have. PNG with a transparent background is ideal; JPG and PDF both work. As a rule of thumb, a file around 2000 pixels across on its longest edge prints cleanly at chest size. A screenshot pulled off Instagram or a photo of a photo will look soft when it is blown up to A3 on fabric, and no amount of printing skill fixes a file that never had the detail in it. If you are not sure whether your file is good enough, upload it anyway and we will tell you before we print.
How the order runs
Upload the artwork on the product page when you place the order, and choose your size the same way you would on any other product. We review the file, come back to you if anything needs changing, and print once it is confirmed. Because each piece is made to order, custom items take longer than stock designs and are not part of the standard size-exchange arrangement — we will confirm the size with you before we print rather than after.
Bulk, teams and college orders
Multiple pieces of the same design with different names and sizes are exactly what this is built for. Message us with the quantity and the size breakdown and we will price it as a batch rather than as individual orders.
Common questions
What file format and size should I send?
PNG with a transparent background is best, and JPG or PDF are fine. Aim for roughly 2000 pixels on the longest edge. If your file is smaller we will tell you how it will look before printing rather than surprising you afterwards.
Can I print a copyrighted logo or character?
We do not print artwork you do not have the right to use — brand logos, licensed characters, or someone else's artwork taken without permission. Your own designs, photos, names, and original artwork are all fine.
How long does a custom order take?
Longer than a stock design, because nothing is printed until you have confirmed the artwork proof. We will give you a timeline once we have seen your file and confirmed the details.
