Every tee is cut true oversized with a dropped shoulder, so your usual size gives the loose drape the design is meant to have. Take one size down if you want it closer to the body. Each product page carries a size chart with the garment’s flat measurements.

Most of our 31 designs come in S, M, L and XL. Seven of them are made in M, L and XL only. The size selector on the product page shows exactly which sizes that particular design is available in, so check there before ordering rather than assuming the full range.

Take the larger size for the fuller streetwear drape and the smaller one for a neater look. On stock designs a 7-day size exchange covers a wrong call. Custom-printed pieces are made to order and cannot be exchanged for size, so measure a t-shirt you already own before you upload artwork.

Yes. There is one size range, not separate men’s and women’s cuts. The drop-shoulder shape is meant to sit loose on everyone, which is why couples often order the same design in two different sizes.

It depends on the artwork. Some designs print on Black, some on White, some on both, and a few come in a single fixed colourway because the illustration only works on one ground. The colours available are listed on each product page.

Nothing. Every order ships free and tracked anywhere in India, with no minimum cart value. The only amount that can be added to your total is a Cash on Delivery handling charge, and that is shown at checkout before you confirm.

No — we deliver within India only. You can order from anywhere in the world as long as the delivery address is in India, which is how most gift orders reach us. Our Shipping Policy has the full detail.

Dispatch and delivery times depend on your pin code, and custom-printed orders take longer than stock designs because the artwork is proofed with you first. The current timelines are published on the Shipping Policy page.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across India, and you can also pay online instead. Checkout shows the exact amount payable, including any COD handling charge, before you place the order — nothing is added afterwards.

Every order ships tracked and you get the tracking link once the parcel is with the courier. Tracking sometimes sits still for a day while a parcel moves between hubs. If it stays stuck, WhatsApp us your order ID and we will chase the courier ourselves.

Yes. Open a custom printing product, choose your size and colour, upload your file on the product page and add it to the cart. It prints on the same blank as our own designs — 240 GSM French Terry cotton in the oversized drop-shoulder cut.

PNG, JPG or PDF, at the highest resolution you have. A screenshot or an image saved off social media is usually too small and prints soft. The upload field lists the accepted formats and the file size limit, and we tell you if a file will not print well before anything goes on a shirt.

Yes. The custom printing products have optional name and number fields next to the artwork upload, so you can add them without sending a separate file. Type them exactly as you want them printed, including capitals and spelling.

Yes. We confirm the proof with you on WhatsApp before the piece goes into production. Once you approve that proof the design is final for that order, because printing starts immediately — a change after approval means a new order.

You need to own the artwork or be licensed to use it. We decline anything unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit, and third-party logos or artwork you do not hold the rights to. Declined orders are refunded with an explanation — the detail is in our Terms of Service.

No. Every character piece is original fan artwork drawn in-house, inspired by the games and series we play and watch. Toxikiing is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any rights holder, and character names are used only to describe what the artwork shows.

Message us on WhatsApp with the quantity, the size split and your artwork, and we will tell you what is possible and what it costs before you commit to anything. Squad, college and team orders all go through the same custom printing process.

Turn it inside out, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and line dry in the shade. Skip the tumble dryer, and never iron directly over the print. Heat is what shortens the life of both a print and brushed fleece. Why prints crack explains the mechanism in full.

GSM is grams per square metre, the weight of the fabric. At 240 GSM the French Terry cotton has enough body to hold the oversized drape instead of clinging to you, and a white tee at that weight is not see-through. Our GSM comparison goes into detail.

Hoodies are 300 GSM brushed fleece, also cut oversized — heavier than the tees and brushed soft on the inside. The care routine is the same: cold wash inside out, line dry, no tumble dryer.

Prints are made to be worn, and how you wash them matters more than anything else — cold water, inside out, no dryer and no iron on the print. If a print fails because of a manufacturing fault rather than wear, that is covered by our Refund Policy.

Stock designs carry a 7-day size exchange from delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed and still tagged. WhatsApp us your order ID and the size you need. The conditions and the pickup process are set out in our Refund Policy.

Not for size or a change of mind — it carries your artwork and cannot go to anyone else, which is why the 7-day size exchange applies to stock designs only. If it arrives with a print fault, a garment fault or as the wrong item, message us and we will put it right.

Prices run from ₹699 to ₹1,299 depending on the piece, and the product page always shows the current price. Shipping is free on top of that, so the price you see is the price you pay unless you choose Cash on Delivery.

Message us as soon as you can. Before dispatch we can usually change the size or address, or cancel the order outright. Once the parcel is with the courier — or once you have approved a custom proof and printing has begun — changes are no longer possible.
