Terms of Service
These terms cover buying from Toxikiing. They’re written to be read, not to hide behind — if anything here is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Orders and pricing
An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, or once a Cash on Delivery order is verified by phone or WhatsApp. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Occasionally something goes wrong — a pricing error, or a piece that sells out between your order and our packing table. In those cases we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and you’ll hear from us directly with the reason before anything happens.
Custom printing
By uploading artwork you confirm that you have the right to print it. That means it’s your own work, you’ve licensed it, or it’s genuinely free to use.
We decline designs that are unlawful, that incite hate or violence, that are sexually explicit, or that clearly belong to someone else — another company’s logo without authorisation being the common case. If we decline your design, you get a full refund and an explanation.
Once you approve a proof, that design is final for that order. Changes after approval mean a new order, because the piece is already in production.
Fan art and character designs
Our character pieces are original fan-inspired artwork celebrating games, anime and sport we love. They are illustrated in-house and are not official licensed merchandise. Toxikiing is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Moonton, Shueisha, MAPPA, Kodansha, or any other rights holder, and character names are used descriptively to identify the subject of the artwork.
Personalised sports tees are fan tributes customised per order and are not endorsed by the individuals referenced.
Product images and colour
We photograph our own products and don’t retouch prints to look better than they are. Screens vary though, so slight colour differences between your display and the physical garment are normal and not a defect. Measurements on size charts are of the garment laid flat, with a tolerance of about half an inch.
Intellectual property
Toxikiing designs, artwork, photography and site content belong to us. You’re buying a garment, not the right to reproduce the design. Reselling our artwork, or printing it yourself, isn’t permitted.
Your uploaded artwork remains entirely yours. We claim no ownership over anything you send us for printing.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect losses, and we can’t be held responsible for courier delays outside our control — though we will always chase them on your behalf.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you hold under Indian consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Frequently asked
Can I print any design I want on a custom t-shirt?
You can print any artwork you own or are licensed to use. We decline designs that are unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that clearly belong to someone else such as another brand’s logo. Declined orders are refunded in full with an explanation.
Does Toxikiing own my uploaded artwork?
No. Your artwork remains entirely yours — we claim no ownership and use it only to print your order. Toxikiing’s own designs and photography remain our property and cannot be reproduced or resold.
Are the anime and gaming designs official merchandise?
No. They are original fan-inspired artwork drawn in-house as tributes, and Toxikiing is not affiliated with or endorsed by the respective rights holders. Character names are used descriptively to identify the subject of the artwork.
Can I change my design after approving the proof?
Once a proof is approved the design is final for that order because production begins immediately. A change after that point requires a new order, which is why we encourage taking time over the proof stage.
