The Fanny Mikasa artwork, upgraded for hoodie season: 300 GSM brushed-fleece cotton, a boxy oversized cut, and the same cable-and-blade composition with its signature scarf-red accent printed in high density across the chest.
This is the piece our t-shirt customers kept asking for until we built it. It is a genuine winter-weight hoodie rather than a mid-weight sweatshirt marketed as one.
The design
The same crossover-era artwork as the tee, re-proportioned for the hoodie canvas so the composition sits cleanly above the kangaroo pocket instead of disappearing behind it. That re-proportioning is the whole job — a tee print dropped onto a hoodie without adjustment always ends up half-swallowed by the pocket seam.
Ribbed cuffs and hem keep the boxy fit structured rather than letting it slouch, and the brushed interior is what makes 300 GSM feel warm rather than merely thick. The red accent behaves the same way it does on the tee: one warm point in an otherwise dark composition.
Who it’s for and how to wear it
For Attack on Titan and Mobile Legends fans in colder cities, late-night players whose air conditioning runs arctic, and anyone assembling a full winter rotation rather than a single piece.
It works over a plain tee with wide trousers or cargos. Because the cut is boxy and the weight is real, it holds its shape as an outer layer on its own — you do not need a jacket over it for most Indian winters.
Fabric and build quality
Weight is what buys the drape. At 300 GSM there is enough body for the fabric to fall away from the chest rather than wrap it, which is the whole difference between an oversized cut that looks deliberate and one that looks like the wrong size. Take your usual size; the fit is oversized before you make any decision. There is no flat measurement chart for this hoodie yet and we are not going to substitute the tee figures, because a 300 GSM hooded piece is cut to different proportions entirely. Printing, care and how long it lasts
The raised texture you can feel on the print is the ink sitting in the fabric rather than on it — that is what stops it cracking along fold lines. Cold wash, inside out, shade dry, no softener. How warm is the 300 GSM hoodie?
It is a proper winter weight — brushed fleece on the inside, roughly the density you would want as an outer layer through a north Indian winter rather than a light layering sweatshirt. It is noticeably heavier than our 240 GSM tees.
Is the print placement the same as the tee?
The artwork is the same but the placement is not. It has been re-proportioned and raised so the composition sits above the kangaroo pocket, which is where a tee print would otherwise get cut in half.
How do I wash a printed hoodie?
Cold water, turned inside out, no fabric softener, and line dry. Fleece holds water, so give it longer to dry rather than reaching for a dryer — heat is what damages both the print and the brushed interior.
Will the fleece shed lint onto the dark print?
Brushed fleece can pick up lint from other garments in the wash more than a flat jersey does. Washing it inside out and separately from towels handles it; a lint roller sorts out anything that remains.
