Cables, blades and absolutely no hesitation. Fanny was always the Mikasa of the Land of Dawn, and this crossover-era artwork makes the comparison explicit — two of the most precise fighters in their respective universes in a single composition.
Printed in high density on a heavyweight 240 GSM blank. It is the piece that generated enough requests that we eventually built the hoodie version as well.
The design
Steel-cable motion lines, a scarf-red accent and blade detail, composed so the whole thing reads clearly at normal viewing distance rather than only up close. The red accent is the design’s signature and the only warm colour in it.
A single accent colour on a dark blank is a deliberate discipline: it gives the eye one place to land, and it means the rest of the artwork can be as intricate as it likes without the composition falling apart. Cable linework crossing itself repeatedly is exactly the sort of detail that needs dense ink to stay legible.

Fabric and build quality
Pick it up and the difference is in the hand before you wear it. 240 GSM French Terry, 100% cotton has the density to hold a straight line from the chest down instead of clinging, and the ribbed round neck keeps its shape rather than stretching into a droop. Fit and sizing
S to XL, drafted oversized, so start from your normal size. The chart on this page lists the garment measured flat rather than body sizes — 42 inches at S through 48 at XL, lengths 27.5 to 30.5. Printing, care and how long it lasts
Care is three rules: cold, inside out, no dryer. That is genuinely most of it. Bleach and fabric softener both shorten a print’s life, and an iron pressed directly onto artwork will finish it in one pass. The print itself is high-density and bonded into the cotton. Both are defined by precision and by mechanical difficulty rather than raw power — cables and blades, a great deal of practice, very little margin for error. The pairing is a fan observation the community made long before we drew it.
Is there a hoodie version of this design?
Yes. The Fanny Mikasa Oversized Hoodie runs the same artwork on 300 GSM brushed fleece, re-proportioned so the composition sits above the kangaroo pocket rather than behind it.
Only black is listed — will white restock?
Black is the colourway this artwork was tuned for, since the red accent depends on a dark ground. If that changes we will say so; message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly where it stands.
Does the red accent fade faster than the black linework?
No. It is printed at the same density as the rest of the artwork. What fades any colour prematurely is heat — a hot machine dryer will dull a red accent long before ordinary wearing does.
Can I wash it with the rest of my laundry?
Yes, on a cold cycle, turned inside out. Keep it away from towels and anything with a zip — abrasion does more visible damage to a print than detergent does.
