Is the main print on the front or the back?

Does the back print feel heavy when sitting against chairs?
No. The high-density print flexes with the fabric rather than sitting on it as a rigid panel, so it does not feel like a plate against a chair back. Constant contact does make care matter more, so keep it out of a hot dryer.

Will a large back print crack where the shirt folds?

Can I wash it with the rest of my laundry?
Yes, on a cold cycle, turned inside out. Keep it away from towels and anything with a zip — abrasion does more visible damage to a print than detergent does.
