Shipping Policy

Every Toxikiing order ships free, tracked, anywhere in India — no minimum cart value, no surprise charges at checkout. Here is exactly what happens between placing your order and opening the parcel.

Dispatch timelines

Orders for ready designs are packed and handed to the courier within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed late on Saturday or on Sunday go out on Monday.

Custom-printed orders work slightly differently. We proof your artwork with you on WhatsApp first, and the 48-hour dispatch clock starts once you approve that proof. In practice this adds about a day — worth it, because it’s the step that prevents a shirt being printed with a low-resolution logo or the wrong colour background.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, typical delivery is 3 to 7 days depending on your pin code. Metro cities — Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata — usually land in 3 to 4 days. Tier-2 cities generally take 4 to 5. Remote pin codes, the North East and hill regions can take up to 7 days, and occasionally a little longer during monsoon disruptions.

Tracking your order

The moment your parcel leaves us, a tracking link goes to you on both WhatsApp and email. It updates directly from the courier, so it’s the same information we can see.

Tracking sometimes sits still for a day while a parcel moves between hubs — that’s normal and not a cause for worry. If it hasn’t moved in 48 hours, message us on WhatsApp +91 81697 72250 with your order ID and we’ll chase the courier ourselves rather than sending you to do it.

Payment options

Cash on Delivery is available across India, with a small COD handling fee shown transparently at checkout before you confirm. Prepaid orders through UPI or card skip that fee entirely, which is why most customers pay upfront.

Addresses and failed deliveries

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout — an unreachable phone is the single most common reason a delivery fails. Couriers typically attempt delivery up to three times before returning a parcel to us.

Need to change an address? Message us immediately. If the order hasn’t been dispatched we can update it directly. Once it’s with the courier, changes depend on their policy and aren’t guaranteed. If a parcel does come back to us, we re-ship free of charge for prepaid orders; for COD orders we’ll ask you to confirm the corrected address first.

Packaging

Orders ship in sealed, weather-resistant courier bags. Multiple items in one order travel together in a single parcel wherever possible, which is better for you and better than sending three bags across the country.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. International delivery is on the roadmap — follow @toxikiing for the announcement. If you’re abroad but shipping to an Indian address as a gift, that works perfectly today.
