What to include so we can help immediately
- Order questions — your order ID from the confirmation email, and the registered phone number.
- Sizing help — your usual t-shirt size and whether you want a relaxed or closer fit. Chest measurement of a tee you already like beats any guess.
- Custom orders — your artwork file (PNG with transparent background is ideal), quantity, sizes and colours, plus the date you need it by.
- Exchange requests — order ID, the size you need instead, and a photo if there’s a defect.
Bulk, team and corporate orders
We regularly print for esports squads, college fests, startups and gyms. For ten pieces or more, message us with the quantity, size split and your artwork, and we’ll come back with bulk pricing, a single combined proof and a delivery date. Mixed sizes across one design are no problem, and neither are multiple designs in one order.
Response times, honestly
WhatsApp is usually under an hour during working hours. Instagram DMs can take a few hours because the inbox gets busy after a drop. Email is same-day on weekdays. If you haven’t heard back in 24 hours, message on WhatsApp — something has gone wrong and we want to know.
