Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size and are subject to reverse pick-up availability. Once a return or exchange is approved, the product will be picked up within 2–3 business days. Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours after pick-up and may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account. COD, shipping, gifting, and gift-wrap charges are non-refundable. Products purchased on discount will be refunded only for the amount paid. Certain categories are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. For non-serviceable pin codes, customers must self-ship the product in unused condition with tags intact.
