1. What shipping methods do you offer?

  • Domestic shipping (India): Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International shipping: Usually 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier network.

3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination. We will always display the shipping charge before you finalize the purchase.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

5. Can I track my shipment?

6. What happens if my package is delayed?
While we partner with reliable couriers, occasional delays can occur due to high volume, weather, or customs clearance. If your tracking status hasn’t updated for 3 business days or you haven’t received your package within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will help locate your parcel.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Also, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import restrictions in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

8. What about customs duties and taxes?
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees in your country. These are beyond our control and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Please check your local customs regulations for detailed information.

9. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address before confirming the order. 10. What if my package is lost or damaged?

11. Can I request expedited shipping after order placement?
If you need your item sooner than the selected shipping method, contact us right away. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to upgrade the service for an additional fee. If the package has already left our warehouse, shipping method changes are not possible.

12. What about shipping during sale periods or festivals?
During high-volume times such as major sales, festivals or public holidays, processing and shipping may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
