Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours after pick-up and may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account. COD, shipping, gifting, and gift-wrap charges are non-refundable. Products purchased on discount will be refunded only for the amount paid. Certain categories are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
